Uncle Dom’s Kitchen is a small-batch, from-scratch kitchen rooted in the Driftless and built on a simple belief: food should make you feel good — body, mind, and soul. I’m Dominic (most folks just call me Dom), and I make the kinds of things I love feeding the people around me: naturally fermented foods, slow-crafted sourdough bakes, seasonal small-batch goodies, and functional pantry staples made with real ingredients.

Everything I do is guided by old-world methods, honest sourcing, and a whole lot of curiosity. If it can be fermented, foraged, cultured, baked, or brewed into something better, I’m probably working on it. My style is rustic-but-clean, bold-but-wholesome — and always made with intention.
